1. Order Fulfillment Cycle Time: This metric measures the time it takes to fulfill an order from the time it is placed to the time it is delivered to the customer. 

Formula: Order Fulfillment Cycle Time = Order Delivery Date - Order Placement Date



2. Order Accuracy: This metric measures the percentage of orders that are fulfilled accurately. 

Formula: Order Accuracy = (Number of Accurate Orders / Total Number of Orders) x 100



3. Inventory Turnover: This metric measures how quickly a company is selling its inventory. 

Formula: Inventory Turnover = Cost of Goods Sold / Average Inventory



4. Warehouse Capacity Utilization: This metric measures the percentage of available warehouse space that is being utilized.

Formula: Warehouse Capacity Utilization = (Total Warehouse Capacity - Available Warehouse Capacity) / Total Warehouse Capacity



5. Transportation Cost per Unit: This metric measures the cost of transportation per unit of product. 

Formula: Transportation Cost per Unit = Total Transportation Costs / Total Number of Units Transported



6. On-time Delivery: This metric measures the percentage of orders that are delivered on time. 

Formula: On-time Delivery = (Number of On-time Deliveries / Total Number of Deliveries) x 100



7. Backorder Rate: This metric measures the percentage of orders that cannot be fulfilled immediately due to lack of inventory. 

Formula: Backorder Rate = (Number of Backorders / Total Number of Orders) x 100



8. Delivery Time Variance: This metric measures the variability in delivery times. 

Formula: Delivery Time Variance = Standard Deviation of Delivery Times / Average Delivery Time



9. Freight Cost Ratio: This metric measures the cost of freight as a percentage of the cost of goods sold. 

Formula: Freight Cost Ratio = Total Freight Costs / Cost of Goods Sold



10. Perfect Order Rate: This metric measures the percentage of orders that are delivered on time, complete, and without damage. 

Formula: Perfect Order Rate = (Number of Perfect Orders / Total Number of Orders) x 100



11. Lead Time: This metric measures the time it takes to receive an order from the time it is placed to the time it is delivered to the customer. 

Formula: Lead Time = Order Delivery Date - Order Placement Date



12. Order Tracking Capability: This metric measures a company's ability to provide real-time updates on the status of an order. 

Formula: Order Tracking Capability = (Number of Orders with Real-time Updates / Total Number of Orders) x 100



13. Cost of Carrying Inventory: This metric measures the cost of storing and maintaining inventory over a period of time. 

Formula: Cost of Carrying Inventory = (Average Inventory Level x Cost of Carrying Inventory per Unit) / 365



14. Shipment Damage Rate: This metric measures the percentage of orders that are delivered with damage to the product. 

Formula: Shipment Damage Rate = (Number of Damaged Orders / Total Number of Orders) x 100

Formula: Inventory Accuracy = (Actual Inventory / Recorded Inventory) x 100

19. Inventory Holding Cost: This metric measures the cost of storing inventory, including costs such as rent, utilities, and insurance. 

Formula: Inventory Holding Cost = Average Inventory x Inventory Holding Cost per Unit



20. Delivery in Full, On Time (DIFOT) Rate: This metric measures the percentage of orders that are delivered in full and on time. 

Formula: DIFOT Rate = (Number of Deliveries in Full and On Time / Total Number of Deliveries) x 100
